3.1 Hosting by ALL-INKL.COM

Our website is hosted by ALL‑INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. All data you supply is stored on servers located in Germany. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable website delivery) or, where consent is required (e.g. cookies/device fingerprinting), Art. 6 (1) a GDPR & § 25 (1) German TDDDG. A data‑processing agreement (DPA) is in place.

3.2 SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect confidential content transmitted to us, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. An encrypted connection is indicated by "https://" and a lock icon in your browser bar. When SSL/TLS is enabled, data you transmit cannot be read by third parties.

4.1 Cookies & Consent Management

When you contact us by form, email or phone we store your name, email address, message content and IP address to process the inquiry (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR or Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). Data will be deleted once your request is resolved unless statutory retention rules require otherwise.

WP Statistics

We use WP Statistics (Veronalabs, Estonia) to analyse website visits. IP addresses are anonymised and data is stored exclusively on our server. Processing relies on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in optimising our site) or your consent where required.

6. Newsletter & Marketing Automation

Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)

Newsletters are sent via Brevo, Sendinblue SAS, 106 Boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France. Data processed: email address, optionally name, open & click rates, IP address and timestamp. Brevo stores data on EU servers. We use the double‑opt‑in procedure; consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR) can be revoked at any time through the unsubscribe link. 7. Payment Processing

Stripe

For paid products we use Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. Data processed: name, address, payment details (card data, IBAN), IP address, device data. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (contract performance). Stripe may transmit data to the U.S., where it is certified under the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework. See Stripe Privacy Policy.

8. Spam & Bot Protection

Google reCAPTCHA

We implement Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd.) to detect bots. The service analyses user behaviour (e.g. IP address, cursor movements) in the background. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (protection from abuse) or, where requested, your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR). Google LLC is certified under the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework.

9. Fonts

Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers. When loaded remotely, your IP address is transmitted to Google LLC (USA). Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. You may block remote fonts via browser settings.
